Full paper to be sent as per the IEEE format (Refer this link IEEE Format) |

For the presentation purpose bring your standard power point presentation. |
|
Students must e-mail their complete paper to skhcivilpaper@gmail.com on or before 20th February 2012 in prescribed format with their entry confirmation. |

Length of paper Not more than 10 pages A4 Size |
|
Maximum time for presentation will be 8+2 minutes including question-answer round. |
|
Confirmed participants should bring two hard copies of their selected paper at the time of presentation |
|
Participants whose papers are shortlisted shall be informed personally through e-mail by 25th Feb 2012. |
|
Judges decision shall be final and binding on all. |
|

| JUDGING CRITERIA: |
|
Based on content & basis, presentation and communication skills, Weightage will be given to actual/field work. |
|
Also based on the answers given by you in the Question-Answer round. |
|

| Entry Fee: Rs 100/- per Participant |
| Eligibility Criteria: Students with valid I-cards and letter for participation from respective institute are eligible. |
