The KRSCMS has made a corporate tie-up with the Benchmark Six Sigma International Ltd an Australian based company to impart the training to the MBA Students regarding Six Sigma-Green Belt Training for each academic year.
The programme shall comprise pre and post training tests; study materials to be given to the students and one quiz each before and after the training programme. It is an area which changes our thought process and one starts thinking “Out of the Box” It means we start looking at any work that is done as a part of larger objective or goal instead of getting lost in our narrow individual departmental objectives.
ERP SAP 01
The KRSCMS has made a corporate tie-up with the Lithan Genovate, Mumbai, the authorized partner of SAP Ltd Germany. The Six day training programme was conducted at the college campus in order to impart training to the MBA Students regarding ERP-SAP-01 for giving a deeper understanding of all the functional areas within SAP Software. The MBA Students who underwent this training programme will receive international certification from SAP International Ltd on the basic of their performance.
SPSS/ Mini Tab
SPSS or PASW (Predictive analytical software statistics) forms a huge part of most psychology degree for students. SPSS is a very important program to master especially for those interested in pursuing a career in research, or for the brave, a career involving teaching research methods. A special training of software statistical techniques is provided so as to prepare our students for analysing Data for research.
Excel Training
Ms Excel, a computer spread sheet program, is in broad use for every day problem solving. It is perhaps the most important computer software program used in the every work place today. It is important to learn MS excel in order to remain in the work place. Advance MS excel work shop is organised to equip the students for Data Analysis for Research.
Out Bound Learning
Out bound learning programme are found to be effective in areas that involve motivation, team building, leadership development, change management, conflict resolution etc. It is important in daily life in order to discover student’s ability to solve
number of issues that cannot be completely addressed in classroom training situation. It includes Management games, Rock Climbing, Team Management events, Decision Making events etc.
