Faculty development programme was organised at KRS College of Management Studies to strengthen the contribution of teachers and professors towards the field of academics with an insight to reduce the gaps between demand and actual performance in academics. Programme was organised by Dr. B. B. Rayate, for all the teaching staff of all the institutes in the Sapkal Knowledge Hub. (Director KRSCMS). Prof. Khapare who is also a professional trainer for various bank officials in India, was the conveyer for this program.

The main theme of the program was continuous updatation of knowledge base of teachers through various academic and non academic means. The contribution of teachers towards overall development of students as well as their personalities through the principles of motivation and organisational behaviour was discussed. This program also satisfied the requirement put by LIC Committee appointed by the University Of Pune.
