Placement Cell
The cell primarily has three objectives viz. placement, training and counseling. It deals with matters concerning professional placement of Pharmacy graduates. The prime objective of the Cell is to facilitate its graduating students and industry by providing a meeting ground where the prospective employer companies can identify suitable candidates for placement in their organization.

Industry is invited for Pre Placement Talks during which they are required to give a presentation of their company profile, recruitment needs, compensation package and so on. This may be followed by interviews of interested students at a later stage. In addition recruitment needs of the industry are brought to the notice of students through the Placement Cell.

Classroom projects seek to expose students to a wide variety of real life situations, and to test their skills on problem solving. Training with industry is for a period of 4 to 8 weeks where students work on ongoing problems under the supervision of a client. The Placement cell maintains contact with industry and brings to the notice of students industrial training, classroom project.
Special Academic Programmes
The College conducts Scientific Seminars on every Saturday, very regularly with the involvment of students and Faculty, but also Experts in Pharmacy from The Poster Presentation sessions will be organized periodically with in the college and students & faculty are regularly deputed to different Scientific Seminars / Symposia and conferences enabling them to present their work.

For Pharmacy students, in addition to the general seminars, the college regularly arranges ‘Guest lectures' on various topics covering their curricula, by inviting the most experienced Faculty from other Universities and Institutions and also Scientists from R & D, National Scientific Laboratories, such, Glaxo smithkline, Matrix, Genome biotech, Glenmark, FDC limited  Famycare, Kirti Pharmachem etc.

Blue cross, etc. It also conducts the Elocution, Quiz and Essay-writing Competition on Scientific and other relevant topics, periodically.
Traning
Training is another important activity undertaken by the placement cell, since practical training is a part of curriculum for B. Pharm. The college arranges practical training for students during third year or final year in Pharmaceutical industries.

The cell has developed links with more than 50 private Pharmaceutical industries in the Nashik region for training of our students. A number of students undergoing training will be absorbed in the same industry after consultation with the Training & Placement Officer.

For evaluation during the training a proper procedure and methodology is devised by the placement cell. The evaluation criteria include attendance & punctuality, proficiency in conducting different process of Production, Packaging and QA/QC, initiative/responsibility exhibited interpersonal relations and behavior.
