As a centralized Training & Placement Cell, we work with students across Engineering, Pharmacy, and Management programmes, supporting them at different stages of their career journey. Our role extends beyond connecting students with recruiters. We focus on developing career awareness, industry-relevant skills, professional confidence, and the mindset required to succeed in today's competitive world.
Through structured career-readiness initiatives, mentorship, aptitude and communication training, domain-specific preparation, internships, industry interactions, pre-placement talks, and recruitment support, we encourage students to begin preparing for their careers well before the final year.
We continuously strive to strengthen our connections with industries, HR professionals, alumni, and corporate partners to understand changing workforce expectations and create meaningful opportunities for our students.
I strongly believe that placement success is a shared journey - built through student commitment, faculty guidance, institutional support, and industry collaboration.
